Description

Engineer, maintain, and automate infrastructure technologies to support internal and external application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing infrastructure technologies and supporting processes.
• Manage end-user technology environments including Dell laptops, Windows, MacBook, Mac OS X, and iOS.
• Automate infrastructure deployments and management tasks.
• Ensure availability and performance of desktop virtualization and cloud-based environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Citrix or other desktop/application virtualization technologies (VDI).
• Advanced knowledge of Windows client operating systems and the Microsoft enterprise client management ecosystem, including SCCM, Group Policy, and InTune.
• Experience with JAMF and Microsoft endpoint management.
• Proficiency with VMWare vSphere and AWS IaaS.
• Working knowledge of network components including firewalls, servers, and storage.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Java and JavaScript.
• Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Microsoft Modern Device Management technologies and processes.
• Direct experience with MS Azure IaaS.
