Description

You will manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring system integrity and availability across Linux and Windows environments. You will troubleshoot complex OS and connectivity issues, perform performance tuning, and automate routine administration tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system health, verify hardware and software integrity, and review application logs.
• Troubleshoot and recover from hardware or software failures, coordinating with impacted stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures for system administration.
• Research and implement automated approaches to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of system administration experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex OS and network connectivity issues.
• Strong experience in system monitoring, log analysis, and incident resolution.
• Ability to interact effectively with management stakeholders and communicate technical issues clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support global operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for automation tasks.
