Description

You will serve as the primary systems partner for Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, and Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage tools supporting the entire data center asset lifecycle, from racking to decommissioning.
• Configure and administer DCIM systems (Sunbird, Nlyte, Netbox) and IT asset management platforms.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and workflows for rack deployment, infrastructure onboarding, and asset readiness.
• Build internal tools, scripts, reports, and dashboards to track data center status and capacity.
• Integrate build-out and commissioning workflows with ongoing operational systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data center systems or infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM or asset management platforms like Sunbird, Nlyte, or Netbox.
• Proven ability to build custom applications, APIs, and scripts using Python, Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of data center workflows including rack deployment and asset tracking.
• Familiarity with data center build-out workflows and commissioning milestones, including Procore.
• Knowledge of power & cooling infrastructure and structured cabling systems.
• Understanding of audit and compliance requirements for infrastructure traceability.
