Description

You will support Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors programs by converting customer requirements into total system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop element and component-level behavioral analysis, system performance analysis, and associated modeling.
• Perform functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate requirements into hardware specifications.
• Author verification test plans and procedures, execute element verification testing, and perform system integration.
• Construct verification, regression, and performance analysis test plans according to existing work instructions.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings regarding system performance and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting including Bash, Csh, or Perl.
• Knowledge of Linux-based real-time infrastructure concepts, architectures, and products.
• Experience with C/C++, Java, and software test and debug tools.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, vSphere, Redhat, and Openshift.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD design and implementation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of formal system test methods, software requirements verification (ET&E), and regression analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure Engineering including AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Familiarity with DOORS and SysML/UML/Rhapsody.
