Description

You will manage and support Azure and Microsoft infrastructure environments for US-based clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Office365 and Microsoft Azure services.
• Execute migration services for domains, Exchange/Email, and SharePoint.
• Develop detailed network designs including hardware and software component selection.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Produce complete engineering documentation.

Required Skills

• Microsoft 365 and Azure Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Services and AzureAD.
• Experience managing Windows Server Infrastructure and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency with SCCM, Intune, and SCOM.
• Experience with SQL Database and Load balancers.
• Knowledge of Active Directory Services.
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience working with US-based clients.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware certifications.
