Support product lines, maintain system security, troubleshoot issues, and drive next-generation technology research.

Responsibilities

• Support current product lines, maintaining system security posture and troubleshooting emerging issues.
• Perform product design using engineering best-practices and develop technical documentation, user manuals, and white papers.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to drive product evolution and provide direct support to stakeholders.
• Develop working knowledge of DoD and commercial security regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange, and IIS.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of network design, VPN technologies, and Linux fundamentals.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, OSI model, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• US Citizenship required; Secret clearance required (Final TS preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with Splunk administration, vulnerability scanning tools, and Linux SE/LSM.
