Description

You will provide Tier 2 and 3 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and broadcast environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, broadcast, and A/V systems.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Print Server systems.
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Auto Pilot, and JAMF Pro.
• Deploy software patches, service packs, and bug fixes via Tanium across machines, servers, and virtual machines.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Technical Support, or a similar engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Experience managing endpoints via Microsoft Intune, Auto Pilot, and JAMF.
• Knowledge of networking, including switches, wireless access points, and port configurations.
• Experience with patch deployment tools like Tanium.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure Certified Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified Associate.
