Systems Engineering Manager

You will manage complex systems engineering efforts, driving technical execution and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects, overseeing budget, schedule, and performance.
• Solve advanced system design and integration challenges using engineering methods.
• Oversee test automation strategies and ensure adherence to standardized testing protocols.
• Ensure effective integration processes across systems, components, and engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and manage direct reports in a technical environment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, including system design, integration, and system-level testing.
• Proven track record leading complex engineering projects in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong background developing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Hands-on experience resolving complex system design issues and driving end-to-end solutions.
• Experience working with quality management systems and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, ISO).
• Proficiency in Integration, Testing, System Design, Test Automation, SQL, and UML.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder communication.
