Description

You will lead multiple engineering teams and development partners through the full lifecycle of software application design, analysis, and integration for Personal Systems products.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of software engineers and outsourced partners through design, coding, testing, and integration stages.
• Define system scope and objectives by applying knowledge of program stacks, memory management, CPU, I/O, and networking.
• Review designs and project activities to ensure compliance with development standards and mitigate failure risks.
• Drive the integration of new technologies into software systems design and establish new process improvements.
• Communicate program progress, technical escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software systems design and platform development.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience in overall software systems architecture for complex products and solutions.
• Proven ability to design and integrate software systems running on multiple platform types.
• Experience evaluating software testing methodologies, including writing test plans, debugging, and creating testing scripts.
• Strong understanding of software deployment within IT environments.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis and implement technical solutions.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Mastery of English and local language for communicating architectures and design proposals to senior management.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Software Systems Engineer (CSSE).
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
