Roles & Responsibilities:

• Debug and triage complex hardware and firmware issues using industry standard tools for root cause analysis.
• Understand and troubleshoot GPU and system level hardware and software flow across different system layers.
• Perform hands-on probing of board components, check electrical and power currents, and validate system functionality.
• Apply RAS knowledge to analyze and resolve issues identified at GPU and system levels.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers in problem-solving and issue resolution methodologies.
• Document comprehensive flows and methods for system bring-up, boot-up, initialization, and debugging procedures.
• Drive resolution of critical problems within laboratory and data center environments to ensure system availability.
• Collaborate with external customers and partners to resolve complex data center deployment issues.
• Work with internal teams to identify root causes and develop optimum solutions for system-level problems.
• Handle data center related issues involving electrical complexities, liquid cooling systems, and complex cluster networks.

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years experience in Systems Integration and Debug with proven ability to drive resolution of critical problems in laboratory and data center environments.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
