Description

You will deploy and configure Litmus Edge at manufacturing sites to connect PLCs, SCADA, and historians to enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Litmus Edge, connecting PLCs and SCADA systems to enterprise infrastructure via industrial protocols.
• Design Unified Namespace structures aligned with ISA-95 to make plant-floor data usable at the enterprise level.
• Integrate Litmus northbound with ERP/MES platforms (SAP, Oracle, Baan) and cloud targets like Azure, AWS, and Snowflake.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, maintain configurations, and upskill local engineers during post-deployment support.
• Produce integration documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides for implementation teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, IT/OT integration, or IIoT platform deployment.
• Proficiency with PLCs, SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, and Modbus protocols.
• Experience deploying and configuring Litmus Edge.
• Understanding of ISA-95 standards and Unified Namespace architecture.
• Edge computing and IIoT platform deployment experience.
• Scripting skills in Python, Node-RED, or SQL for data transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Ignition, Kepware, ThingWorx, AVEVA, or comparable IIoT/edge platforms.
• Basic understanding of OT cybersecurity principles (ISA/IEC 62443).
• Exposure to cloud IoT services or time-series databases such as InfluxDB or OSIsoft PI.
