Description

You will manage and optimize the organization's core IT infrastructure and operational processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT professionals in identity, access, and asset management.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 platforms, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Administer Entra ID, managing group policies, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Provision, manage, and maintain the health of Windows and Linux servers.
• Drive automation initiatives and participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management principles.
• Proficiency in server provisioning, patching, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with service account management.

Preferred Skills

• Automation and scripting using PowerShell.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and modern workplace technologies.
