You will resolve complex systems operations challenges in a large-scale production messaging environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in complex projects, including routing changes for large-scale SaaS provider environments.
• Design, document, test, and maintain solutions for email and endpoint security.
• Review and correlate system logs to perform extensive research and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with peers and client personnel to resolve issues and meet engineering deliverables.
• Provide issue resolution recommendations for email security and endpoint protection.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a large Production Messaging environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of SMTP configuration, connectivity, and mail flow.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, MX, DKIM, and SPF.
• 1 year of hands-on experience with Proofpoint Hybrid (POD and Sentrions).
• Proficiency with Proofpoint and M365 Defender.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Nagios, and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FireEye, DLP, and Agile methodology.
• Background working within financial institutions and following regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
