Description

You will manage and maintain email security infrastructure to ensure optimal mail flow across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage email security tools including Proofpoint, M365 Defender, and FireEye.
• Troubleshoot mail flow via SMTP configuration and protocols such as DNS, MX, DKIM, and SPF.
• Monitor system performance using ServiceNow, Jira, Nagios, and Splunk.
• Execute tasks within enterprise change management processes and security compliance frameworks.
• Handle enterprise incident management and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with email security applications and tools.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Nagios, and Splunk.
• Expertise in SMTP configuration and connectivity.
• Deep understanding of email security protocols including DNS, MX, DKIM, and SPF.
• Experience with enterprise incident management and compliance processes.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
