Description

You will manage and support enterprise-level faxing systems within a production operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RightFax and other fax systems, including application installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Perform vulnerability, incident, and change management tasks.
• Analyze complex operational challenges and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with client personnel to meet systems operations engineering deliverables and compliance requirements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and work outside of normal business hours as needed.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
• 2+ years of experience providing enterprise-level support for RightFax or similar fax systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with RightFax backend application management.
• Proficiency with SQL, VBScript, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and SMTP.
• Knowledge of Telephony, SIP, T.38, and printers.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Agile/Jira frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RightFax Connect Hybrid, Faxcom, or Biscom.
• Familiarity with M365, Azure AD, and hybrid solutions.
• Experience with ThousandEyes and other monitoring or observability tools.
