Description

You will provide senior-level application support for production systems, focusing on incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Execute L2/L3 application support for large, complex, and critical Tier 1 applications.
• Lead incident triage calls and manage incident, problem, and release functions using ITIL frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to build deep understanding of application functionality.
• Drive efficiency improvement projects and maturity initiatives within the support organization.
• Manage application and server-level clustering and load balancing in a multi-tier web hosting environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or application support (L2/L3).
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux platforms.
• Strong database skills including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically GCP and Azure.
• Experience managing incident triage and technical discussions independently.
• Ability to operate within a corporate environment involving IIS, .NET, and SQL stacks.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Banking or Risk domain.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level environments.
