Description

You will provide platform support for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology applications and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the applications portfolio to ensure stability, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Distribution Finance systems.
• Monitor systems and execute technical refresh activities, application migrations, and BCP activities.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal and external business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems operations or production support.
• Mainframe experience is required.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Unix Shell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Autosys.
• Proficiency using Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
• Knowledge of AppDynamics Application Performance Monitoring.
• Experience with ITRS Geneos.
• Working knowledge of databases and cloud-based technologies.
