Description

Maintain and support core infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and backup solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and tasks via the ticketing system for internal and external clients.
• Execute scheduled work, including OS patching, firmware updates, and remote migrations.
• Resolve escalated break/fix tasks and implement proactive measures to prevent system issues.
• Document problems and resolution techniques for future reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support with expertise in enterprise servers and virtualization.
• Experience installing, configuring, and hardening Windows 2016/2019/2022 Servers in Private and Public Cloud.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers (RHEL 7/8/9).
• Support for production hypervisor platforms: VMware ESXi, Nutanix, and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in server operating systems, storage infrastructures, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS services.
• Working knowledge of Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments.
