Description

Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level Linux environments within a data center setting in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot RHEL 7/8 operating systems, focusing on file systems (ext3/4, xfs), LVM, and CPU/RAM resource utilization.
• Manage networking and storage configurations, including Ethernet bonding (LACP, round-robin), SAN multipath, and NFS performance.
• Execute advanced provisioning using RHEL Satellite and maintain centralized user management via Red Hat IDM and RHEL sssd.
• Support Oracle RAC clusters, JBOSS applications, Apache, and SELinux configurations.
• Maintain centralized log monitoring and implement Linux anti-virus solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Linux System Administration experience in enterprise data center environments.
• Deep knowledge of RHEL 7 and RHEL 8.
• Proficiency with LVM, SELinux, and Apache.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to automate tasks using Shell scripting, Python, or Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex system performance issues.
