Description

You will support Windows Server operating systems within the Data Center Operations group.

Responsibilities

• Install, security harden, and patch Windows Server 2012, 2019, and 2022.
• Provide daily support and troubleshoot server issues.
• Manage anti-virus, backup, and monitoring software.
• Monitor system resources including disk space, CPU, and memory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems programming or server support.
• Deep expertise with Windows Server 2012, 2019, and 2022.
• Experience with OS patching and security hardening protocols.
• Proficiency in monitoring system health and resource utilization.
• Ability to manage and install server-side software including backup and security tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud instances in AWS EC2.
• Experience with Azure virtual instances.
