You will resolve complex technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and product reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Linux, DevOps, Cloud, and Enterprise Storage environments.
• Collaborate with developers to identify product defects and enhance serviceability.
• Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and improve product reliability.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements in collaboration with development teams.
• Provide rotational support coverage during weekdays and off-hours as necessary.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting Linux Systems, DevOps, Cloud, or Enterprise Storage.
• Proficiency with VMware ESXi and VMware.
• Familiarity with Networking (layer 2/3) and Virtualization.
• Experience directly resolving complex technical issues with customers.
• Ability to develop tools and enhance internal and external knowledge bases.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
