Description

You will own the reliability and support of customer-facing systems, ensuring stability through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose customer issues encountered in the field to restore service quickly.
• Improve serviceability by testing new features and developing tools for field deployment and auto-support infrastructure.
• Analyze the existing customer base to proactively identify and minimize field risks.
• Define and lead product changes with the development engineering team based on field feedback.
• Provide support on weekdays and scheduled rotational off-hours as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience troubleshooting in at least two of: Virtualization, Networking, or Linux Systems.
• Experience with Virtualization platforms, preferably VMware ESXi.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including Layer 2 and Layer 3.
• Proficiency in Linux Systems CLI administration.
• Experience with virtualization tools, including VMware and Citrix.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem components.
• Experience supporting external customers with a customer-first mindset.
