You will manage system reliability and administration tasks for a 3-month contract in Toronto. You will ensure operational stability through proactive system administration and rigorous issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration to ensure continuous operational stability.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to maintain system reliability.
• Utilize TrackWise to manage and track system-related processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems or reliability roles.
• Proficiency in System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with TrackWise.
• Strong Root Cause analysis capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining system reliability.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent educational background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated environments such as Life Sciences or Medical Devices.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks for incident management.
