Description

You will manage technical support and security administration across the organization's infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support to end users.
• Administer the Microsoft 365 environment using PowerShell for user and delegate access management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD and Intune.
• Perform troubleshooting and configuration changes on Fortinet firewalls and access points, including DNS, port enablement, and connectivity.
• Manage and respond to service tickets within ManageEngine, documenting all incidents, resolutions, and changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Azure AD and Intune configuration.
• Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and wireless access points.
• Experience using ManageEngine or similar ticketing and monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
