Description

You own system operations, incident resolution, and platform reliability across cloud and on-prem environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident response, including troubleshooting, restoration, and stabilization.
• Perform system and platform patching, including coordination, scheduling, post-patch validation, and rollback support.
• Support CI/CD pipeline execution, automation, and scripting activities to optimize deployments.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for global operations and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience supporting Tier 2/3 production environments in a 24x7 model.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and hybrid environment management.
