Description

You will manage and modernize data integration processes using Lyniate Rhapsody to ensure continuous system uptime and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Rhapsody routes to handle new data elements, formats, and legacy system modernizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues, including the correction and reprocessing of errors.
• Support disease surveillance interfaces, specifically eCR and ELR processes, and assist with database migrations.
• Perform complex programming tasks including architecture design, configuration, and technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews for team and vendor changes and implement updates into production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems programming or related integration roles.
• Proficiency with Lyniate Rhapsody software (version 6+).
• Deep understanding of HL7 (v2.3.1 - 2.5.1), XML, XSD, and XSLT.
• Advanced MS T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, complex queries, and optimization.
• Experience with Web Services such as REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
• JavaScript (ECMA/E4X) experience.
• Knowledge of security and data classification standards including HIPAA, CDC, CJIS, PHI, and PII.
• Rhapsody Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Background in data integration, staging, quality, and distribution.
• Experience with public health systems, disease surveillance, or LIMS.
• Knowledge of LOINC, SNOMED, DevOps, or Jira.
