Description

You will provide technical support for remote users and high-level stakeholders, resolving issues with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and Intune to ensure continuous connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues involving Zoom and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Support remote users to ensure continuous connectivity and productivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot IT requests within ServiceNow and Microsoft Intune.
• Provide solutions-focused support for high-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticket management and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing devices and deployments via Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot Zoom and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Proven track record of supporting high-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Degree completion (any graduate).
