You will provide technical support and system maintenance for management information systems within DoD closed areas.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot end-user problems via phone or site visits to ensure continuous system operation.
- Design, integrate, and implement basic level user information systems and hardware/software installations.
- Manage system resources including account administration, password management, security, and access control.
- Monitor system performance and maintain detailed hardware and software inventories.
- Execute system updates, upgrades, hardening, and disaster recovery protocols.
Required Skills
- Active Final DoD Secret clearance required on day one.
- Experience with DevSecOps, Cameo, and Teamwork Cloud.
- Proficiency in PKI certificate management and VDI infrastructure management.
- Experience managing enterprise storage, quota management, and backup/disaster recovery.
- Skills in system installation, integration, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ability to develop functional and technical IT system requirements and specifications.
- 2+ years of job-related experience; 10+ years preferred due to work complexity.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills
- Command line proficiency.
