Description

You will provide technical support and system maintenance for management information systems within DoD closed areas.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot end-user problems via phone or site visits to ensure continuous system operation.
  • Design, integrate, and implement basic level user information systems and hardware/software installations.
  • Manage system resources including account administration, password management, security, and access control.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain detailed hardware and software inventories.
  • Execute system updates, upgrades, hardening, and disaster recovery protocols.

Required Skills

  • Active Final DoD Secret clearance required on day one.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, Cameo, and Teamwork Cloud.
  • Proficiency in PKI certificate management and VDI infrastructure management.
  • Experience managing enterprise storage, quota management, and backup/disaster recovery.
  • Skills in system installation, integration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to develop functional and technical IT system requirements and specifications.
  • 2+ years of job-related experience; 10+ years preferred due to work complexity.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Command line proficiency.
