Description

You manage enterprise infrastructure support, resolving incidents and maintaining VMware and Linux systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high volumes of technical tickets and incidents.
• Track requests and documentation in JIRA.
• Administer and maintain VMware and Linux environments.
• Update system documentation and ticket completion details.
• Work 4x10 shifts (1st or 2nd) on-site in Cheyenne, WY.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in incident or ticket support.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level environments.
• Hands-on VMware administration and building.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Experience using JIRA for ticket tracking and lifecycle management.
• Availability to work on-site 3 days per week in Cheyenne, WY.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Any Graduate education level.
