Description

Maintain technology endpoints within the Lenel OnGuard physical security environment.

Responsibilities

• Program new zones and readers within the Lenel OnGuard application.
• Troubleshoot remote installations of panels and badge readers.
• Resolve support tickets related to Lenel systems and manage incident and problem management for endpoints and application configurations.
• Handle lifecycle management for hardware controllers, badge readers, and interface boards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems support or related IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Lenel OnGuard.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software endpoints.
• Experience with physical access control technologies (PACT).
• Ability to manage hardware installations including panels and readers.
• Experience with problem management processes.
• Knowledge of interface boards and hardware controllers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
