Description

You will manage user access, security, and release pipelines across mainframe and distributed environments while troubleshooting critical system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and troubleshoot user access for systems, applications, and databases.
• Administer mainframe applications and data using RACF and other mainframe tools.
• Support critical applications hosted on Unix, Linux, and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues.
• Provide user help-desk support and maintain PC hardware and software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems support or security administration.
• Experience with RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) and mainframe tools.
• Proficiency with Unix and Linux operating environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Knowledge of DFCS, DCSS, and DPH systems.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
