Description

You will manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of desktop hardware and peripherals within a Windows environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair PC and printer-related hardware and software issues in Windows 10 and 11.
• Install desktops, printers, and other peripherals, including physical setup and cable management.
• Maintain accurate records for all maintenance, inventory, and security measures.
• Coordinate with end users and the Help Desk to isolate and resolve technical problems.
• Identify and replace defective parts while tracking replacements to meet SLA requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or desktop support role.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with desktop support, printer support, and end-user support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, printers, and desktop components.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with imaging and installing computer equipment.
• Ability to manage inventory and track hardware assets.
• Physical ability to unpack, move, and install IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to frequently stoop, crouch, and reach to set up equipment under desks or in server closets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Previous experience working within a law firm environment.
