You will own the execution and analysis of drivetrain system tests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily test bay utilization, scheduling, and setup, including ordering parts and verifying installations.
• Execute drivetrain system tests, inspections, and rebuilds while troubleshooting technical issues independently.
• Analyze test data using DIAdem, DEWESoft, or Matlab, and develop tools to ensure data quality.
• Perform root cause analysis, document results, and generate technical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure resources and adhere to Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in engineering principles and drivetrain systems.
• Experience executing tests, inspections, and rebuilds.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Understanding of Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP) and Product Delivery Process (PDP).
• Familiarity with DIAdem, DEWESoft, or Matlab for data analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with business policies and procedures (John Deere standards preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
