Description

You will execute system-wide and product-oriented test cases based on customer workflows and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test cases derived from customer scenarios and workflows.
• Investigate problem reports to reproduce issues and collaborate with Development teams on resolution.
• Document test procedures and record results within the test management system.
• Automate tests to improve efficiency and propose improvements to test coverage and assets.
• Interface with customer-facing colleagues to understand user applications and workflows.

Required Skills

• BS or MS degree in engineering, software development, or a relevant technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in application engineering, hardware/software development, or testing.
• Knowledge of industrial automation products and applications.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience with Git or TFS.
• Experience with NUnit or MSTest.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for working in a global development environment.
• Ability to perform limited domestic and international travel (up to 5%).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of OPC UA, HMI, Industrial Communication, or PROFINET.
• Experience with PLC programming languages such as LAD or SCL.
• Experience with Industrial Safety, including Failsafe PLCs and Profisafe Communication.
