Description

You will manage system qualification processes and activities for electrification projects. You act as a technical bridge between requirements, development work, and the automation team.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualification of system requirements through collaboration with hardware and software teams.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and test electrification products throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write test cases and coordinate with developers to feed requirements to the automation team.
• Manage system qualification activities for assigned projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in systems testing or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience creating test cases and executing system qualification.
• Experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and high voltage testing.
• Proficiency with Vector tools.
• Proficiency with Polarion and Jira.
• Proficiency with NI/LabVIEW and scripting.
• Experience with systems software and working alongside development and architecture teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Electronics.
• Experience with ASPICE standards.
