Description

You will execute testing activities and data reconciliation for large, complex, business-critical systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and scenarios for complex business systems under the guidance of a QA lead.
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation on large-scale systems.
• Assist with test planning, test case development, and defining expected test results.
• Coordinate QA activities across multiple business and technology teams to meet tight timelines.
• Conduct accessibility testing aligned with AODA standards.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in testing-related activities and data reconciliation for business-critical systems.
• Proficiency with testing tools including Jira, Bugzilla, and Microfocus Product Suite.
• Experience with web-based 3-tier software platforms and their architecture.
• Working knowledge of workflow, portfolio management, and rule-driven business solutions.
• Competent knowledge of Oracle database tools, including basic data handling and querying.
• Experience testing custom implementations and COTS implementations, including IBM J-Rules Engine.
• Familiarity with accessibility tools such as WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, and Compliance Sheriff.
• Proficiency in desktop tools including Visio, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Outlook.
• Experience working within the Public Sector as a vendor or contractor.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities for issue resolution.
