Description

You will design and execute test strategies for complex, multi-tier systems, ensuring quality across the full SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases for backend, web services, and integrated solutions.
• Perform diverse testing types including unit, functional, integration, regression, load, performance, security, and acceptance testing.
• Automate testing processes using Selenium and manage defects via JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug systems, and support refactoring and optimization efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems and defect management tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail).
• Hands-on experience with web services and backend testing.
• Ability to test multi-platform, multi-technology, and interconnected solutions.
• Experience with systems debugging and performance/load testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with production acceptance testing.
