Description

You will lead testing activities throughout the product management life cycle to ensure application quality and alignment with project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and regression test cases.
• Manage all test activities including AODA, stress, and load testing.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify solutions and report results.
• Identify, record, and track functional defects through triage sessions with developers and project managers.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and provide guidance to business users.
• Prepare test data sets using database queries to mimic real-world scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience, including leading QA teams and managing defect tracking.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools for data extraction and validation.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking collaborative tools.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, COTS, SaaS, and Cloud applications.
• Experience with version control systems and automated test tools.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and structured methodologies.
• Proven ability to execute functional, non-functional, and systems-level integration tests.
• Experience using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
