Description

Lead testing activities across the product management lifecycle to ensure application quality and alignment with project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and regression test cases.
• Manage all test activities including AODA, stress, and load testing.
• Execute manual and automated scripts to verify solutions and report results.
• Identify, record, and track functional defects through triage with developers and project managers.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and guide business users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience, including leading QA teams and managing defect tracking.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools for data extraction and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, COTS, SaaS, and Cloud applications.
• Experience with version control systems and automated test tools.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and structured methodologies.
• Proven ability to execute functional, non-functional, and systems-level integration tests.
• Experience using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test management and defect tracking collaborative tools.
