Description

You will own end-to-end quality assurance for front-end and back-end components within an agile lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and technical methodologies in collaboration with product managers and technical teams.
• Execute integration, functional, regression, unit, load, performance, and accessibility testing.
• Create manual test scripts, cases, and scenarios, maintaining a traceability matrix to ensure business requirements are met.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by recording issues in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and facilitating review meetings.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct post-release testing to validate sprint increments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual testing, including developing test cases, scripts, and data requirements.
• 10+ years of experience developing technical testing strategies and plans.
• 10+ years of experience testing non-functional requirements such as fail-over, component response times, data integrity, and security.
• Expertise in functional, regression, unit, and accessibility testing.
• Proven ability to test integration points, interfaces, and complex application environments.
• Experience using Jira for defect reporting and tracking.
• Ability to create traceability matrices to align testing outcomes with business requirements.
• Experience participating in agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews and daily scrum stand-ups.
