Description

You will act as an IT generalist splitting time between infrastructure projects and hands-on helpdesk support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and closure of infrastructure projects covering networks, servers, and cybersecurity.
• Provide dedicated helpdesk and desktop support, including break/fix and imaging of user machines.
• Manage IT inventory, audits, and compliance tasks across the organization.
• Install and configure Windows Servers, both physical and virtual.
• Manage vendor relationships and escalate risks or decisions as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls for cybersecurity tasks.
• Proficiency administering Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Familiarity with SCCM and Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of networking hardware, specifically Cisco switches.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware and Dell VxRAILS.
• Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam.
