Lead test automation for core banking initiatives in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using modern design patterns.
• Drive end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, and Operational teams to align testing with requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
• Implement best practices for test design and automation across the organization.

Required Skills

• 9 to 14 years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks including Karate, JBehave, or Cucumber.
• Extensive experience with Selenium and Jenkins integration.
• Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket for version control.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and/or HP ALM.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Background in the banking domain and financial products.
• Temenos T24 Core Banking experience is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
