Description

You will manage and maintain the Tableau environment, ensuring platform stability and operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate production artifacts and associated files from On Prem to Tableau Cloud.
• Provide L1, L1.5, L2, and L3 support for platform incidents and development tasks.
• Optimize the platform to improve resiliency, uptime, and resolve vulnerabilities within SLA.
• Enforce platform governance and standards, including managing license lifecycles.
• Develop capacity planning and platform resiliency dashboards for monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional working experience.
• Deep understanding of Tableau architecture and application upgrades.
• Experience with Tableau Cloud migration and deployment.
• Proficiency in Platform Support and ITSM practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Experience executing annual Disaster Recovery and password rotation exercises.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage stakeholders and handle audit requests.
• Skills in continuous platform optimization and automation identification.
