Description

You will manage and maintain the Tableau ServerCloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tableau ServerCloud environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions, including SSO and Active Directory integration.
• Monitor server health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and implement high availability solutions.
• Administer scheduled data extracts, data connections, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to users on Tableau platform usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency with Tableau ServerCloud, including installation and maintenance.
• Experience with scripting tools like PowerShell for administrative automation.
• Ability to monitor and optimize server performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices.
• Experience managing user access, roles, and permissions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high availability solutions.
• Ability to provide technical training.
