Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Tableau Server environment, including installation, upgrades, configuration, patching, and maintenance.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, sites, projects, and content governance.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, capacity, extracts, schedules, and background jobs; troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery, security, SSL/SSO, and access controls.
• Support Tableau connectivity with Oracle and Snowflake, and evolving EDW integration with Databricks.
• Partner with BI/data teams to optimize dashboards, extracts, data sources, and overall Tableau platform performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Tableau Server Administration experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Tableau Server, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, REST API/tabcmd and monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks connectivity.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
