Description

You will manage the end-to-end administration, development, and deployment of Tableau Shared Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau reports, visualizations, and dashboards, including mockup development and user validation.
• Administer Tableau Server by provisioning services, applying patches, and upgrading server versions.
• Promote Tableau objects into production environments after executing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) scans for PHI or sensitive data.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and terminate processes causing undue system strain.
• Acquire and connect data from various sources, including relational databases, to support optimal data design.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• 4+ years of experience working with MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency in creating views and stored procedures within MS SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience developing web applications or web pages.
• Experience acquiring and validating data from various external sources.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau Server Qualified Associate or Professional certification.
• Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
