Description

You will manage and maintain the Tableau Server infrastructure on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Tableau Server on AWS, including sites, users, and permissions.
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime.
• Optimize data sources and dashboard performance in collaboration with data teams.
• Implement security and governance policies across the Tableau environment.
• Automate monitoring and administrative tasks using Tableau and AWS APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Tableau Administration experience (Tableau Server & Desktop).
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2+ years of AWS experience, specifically with EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Strong experience in Tableau Server configuration and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in user access management and governance within Tableau.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and monitoring complex systems.
• SQL skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Stakeholder Management experience.
