Description

You will own the Tableau dashboard ecosystem for Tech Ops, ensuring data accuracy and visual clarity for portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Tableau dashboards to reflect demand and improve usability for Tech Ops.
• Build new dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and specific departmental needs.
• Develop Plan of Record builds in Jira Align to track Epic milestones, dependencies, and features.
• Ensure data integrity for Monthly Portfolio Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, focusing on application metrics and exception reporting.
• Participate in Program Epic Syncs, Plan of Record Syncs, and SAFe events to support prioritization and strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or dashboard development.
• Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Experience using Jira or Jira Align for tracking demand and project milestones.
• Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
• Ability to manage and report on metrics such as Change Success Rate, MTTR, and uptime.
• Experience preparing data and slides for executive-level business reviews.
