Description

You will design, develop, and implement end-to-end Tableau solutions to meet organizational reporting and data visualization needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, interactive visualizations, and storytelling reports.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and efficient Tableau solutions.
• Optimize dashboard performance by improving query efficiency and responsiveness.
• Manage Tableau Server environments, including security, configurations, and upgrades.
• Mentor junior developers and act as the subject matter expert for Tableau.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.
• Extensive expertise with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to integrate Tableau with data sources from IICS, CRM, or Veeva Systems.
• Background in the Pharma domain.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data management.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification.
• Experience using R for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of IICS ETL processes and tools.
