Description

You will design and implement large-scale BI and data analytics transformation initiatives as a technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer data architecture designs, recommendations, and implementation best practices for continuous optimization.
• Partner with sales teams to conduct technical discovery and participate in business development through RFx responses.
• Develop detailed proposals, scope of work documents, and use cases to address customer objectives.
• Build proof of concepts, demos, and scripts from scratch or via reusable components.
• Communicate technical solutions and complex information to stakeholders ranging from technical teams to CXO-level executives.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in solution architecture, estimation, and capacity planning for BI and Data Analytics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with major BI platforms including Tableau and Power BI.
• Proven expertise in Big Data, Cloud Technologies, Data Lakes, and Cloud Data Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Visualization.
• Experience architecting big data environments and applying statistical analysis techniques for hypothesis testing.
• Ability to formulate solutions for business problems in a consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of Agile and other development methodologies.
• Experience presenting technical narratives to senior leadership to achieve project buy-in.
